Shipping and Returns
All items will be shipped via USPS. For any and all shipments, tracking will be provided. Please note, USPS First Class does not provide insurance for packages. If you'd like to make sure that your package is insured, selecting USPS Priority covers up to a $50 value (not including shipping).
Please be sure to review and enter the correct shipping address BEFORE checkout. Given that several orders are processed at a time it is most helpful that the correct address be listed so that the shipping process be as seamless as possible.
Should you need rushed delivery, please let us know and we will make the option available to you at the appropriate cost. There is a separate fee for rush orders.
We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages.
If your package is lost, you must file a claim with the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.
If your package is damaged due to mishandling on part of the mail carrier, you must file a claim with the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.
If your package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to sender, you must pay for shipping so that it may be sent back to you. In order to avoid these circumstances, be sure to enter the correct shipping address PRIOR to checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on our part. Should that be the case, we'd be happy to correct it when communicated within 7 days of receiving an order. Be sure to read full descriptions prior to purchase and submit any inquiries to us at M&G.
